4. What HRxBoard does not do
5. Regulation Master and due dates
- law, forms and due dates can change between our updates, and a government extension, notification, circular or court order may not yet be reflected;
- applicability can depend on facts we do not know, such as headcount thresholds, state, wage ceilings, the type of establishment and the industry;
- coverage is limited to the central laws and states we list on our coverage page [URL], and we update within [number] Working Days after an official notification is published;
- a state or local rule, or an industry-specific rule, may not be covered; and
- the compliance calendar and the Compliance Health Score depend on the Acts you assign and the data your team enters.

13. Your role as Data Fiduciary
We are your Data Processor for Client Data. The decisions about why and how Workforce Data is used, the notices you give your employees, the lawful basis you rely on, the accuracy and retention of the data, and your response to your employees’ rights requests are yours. Using HRxBoard does not by itself make you compliant with Applicable Data Protection Law.
14. Certifications
Our ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certifications confirm that our management systems meet those standards within their certified scope, as assessed by the certifying body. They are not a guarantee that no incident or error will occur, they do not certify the Platform’s output, and they do not certify your own compliance.
15. Security and availability risk
16. Inspections, audits and legal proceedings
The Platform helps you organise records. It is not a substitute for the records that an inspector, auditor or court may require in the form the law prescribes. The audit trail that the Platform keeps may help you, but its admissibility and weight in any proceeding depend on the rules of evidence, including the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023, and on the facts. We do not undertake that any record will be accepted by any authority.
17. No guarantee of outcome
We do not promise that using HRxBoard will prevent penalties, notices, inspections, claims or prosecution, or that it will meet every audit or regulatory requirement. Its purpose is to give your team an organised record and a clear view of status so that you can manage your own compliance. No statement on the Website or in sales material is a guarantee of any result.
18. Limits of our liability
To the extent Applicable Law allows, our liability for any matter that this Disclaimer covers is governed by the Limitation of liability clause of the Terms of Use, including its exceptions, and this Disclaimer neither enlarges nor reduces it. Subject to that clause, we are not liable for penalties, interest or losses that arise from reliance on the Platform instead of verifying with official sources, from data that you or your team entered, from delay or failure of a third party or government system, or from events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Professional Firms
If you are a Professional Firm that uses the Platform for your own clients, your professional advice to them remains yours. You must make clear to them that HRxBoard is a record-keeping and visibility tool and not professional advice, and that we do not owe them any duty. You are responsible for your end-clients’ data that you load, as the Terms of Use provide.
20. Third-party content and links
The Platform and the Website may refer to or link to government and other third-party sources. We do not control them and do not guarantee their accuracy or availability. A reference is not an endorsement.
21. Forward-looking statements
Statements on the Website or in our materials about planned features, coverage or dates are statements of intention. They are not commitments, and you should not rely on them in deciding to subscribe unless they are in your Order.
22. Severability and interaction with other documents
If any part of this Disclaimer is held unenforceable, the rest continues. This Disclaimer does not limit a right that you have under law that cannot be excluded. The Terms of Use and the other Policies continue to apply.
23. Your acknowledgement
At account creation, and again on any material change to this Disclaimer, the Platform asks you to confirm that you have read it, that you understand HRxBoard is a record-keeping and visibility tool and not advice, and that you keep sole responsibility for compliance with the laws that apply to your business. We keep a record of your confirmation, including its time and IP address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of a change also means that you accept the change, and a Client that does not accept a material change may end its subscription as the Terms of Use provide.
